How do I change my email signature in Jungo, for example, if my phone number or address changes, how can I ensure my Jungo email signature captures this change?
You can easily edit any contact information changes within your Jungo profile area. For example, if your phone number or address changes, you want to make sure your Jungo email signature contains those changes. To change your Jungo email signature (remember, this includes emails you send from Act-On) edit your Jungo Profile:
- Log into Jungo
- Click on your name (located in the upper right corner)
- Select My Profile from the drop-down menu
- A new screen will appear. On the left side of the screen, next to Contact, select the pencil icon to make edits.
Your profile will appear and you will be able to make edits to your address and phone number(s)
- Be sure to click Save All once you make all edits.
