How to manage loan applications using both Jungo and ClientKeeper

Below are instructions to help you temporarily manage loan applications received through your website and new loan leads via calls or in-person meetings. The rollout of the new Borrower/Production portals will begin in January, 2017. The new portals will:

  • eliminate your need for ClientKeeper
  • eliminate importing Point files to Relay
  • ensure all contacts, regardless of whether they came through the Borrower Portal (your web site) or you are creating them as part of a new loan in the Production Portal, are synched to Jungo without manually entering them

Managing loan applications received through your website

The Apply Now button on your website is still programmed to save your web applications into ClientKeeper. When you receive a new loan app from your website, you’ll need to push it to Point.

  • Once in Point, and it’s pushed to Relay, it will synch into Jungo on the Contact’s Opportunity record, and associated loan documents will be stored in XDocs.

If the loan data in Point is not subsequently pushed to Relay, you’ll need to manually enter the Contact record into Jungo if you want to send marketing materials in the future.

Managing loan applications NOT created through your website

If a client calls or you get a new loan lead, you will need to start in Point, not ClientKeeper.

  • Once in Point, and it’s pushed to Relay, it will synch into Jungo on the Contact’s Opportunity record, and loan documents will be stored in XDocs.
  • If the loan data in point is not subsequently pushed to Relay, you will need to manually enter the Contact record into Jungo if you want to send marketing materials in the future.

What do I use CK for?

  • Pushing web loan applications to Point.
  • Accessing past attachments.

All new contacts, referral partners, leads and non-loan leads should be entered into Jungo, not ClientKeeper.
