My Duties at CCMC
I oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. I’m also in charge of an exceptional team of enthusiastic marketing professionals whose marketing efforts are moving us to great success.
Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives.
Develop an annual marketing plan for the company and oversee its implementation.
Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
Oversee CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud vendors.
Identify new services that will enable LOs to increase business such as (Yext, OSI Express, etc.)
I have more years of experience than you want to know, but what you may not know is that aside from marketing, I also served in executive positions as VP of Public Relations, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations. I’ve helped dozens of companies increase their market share and revenue through the development and execution of integrated marketing programs and innovative go-to-market strategies.
I have worked on both the corporate and agency side of the business representing a number of Fortune 500 companies such as Apple, EarthLink,
Disney, Ingram Micro, Kodak, Level 3 Communications, TeleTech and Anschutz Entertainment Group.
Prior to Cherry Creek Mortgage, I owned and operated a marketing agency. My clients included: BidPay, Boingo, C Lazy U Ranch, Colorado Children’s Campaign/Waiting For Superman Premiere, Comcast Spotlight, Crocs, Daniel’s Fund, Denver Theatre District, Dish Network, Floyd’s Barbershop, General Motors, Good Times, Level 3 Communications, Me.dium, Mountain Dew, Native Eyewear, Qdoba Mexican Grill, The Anschutz Foundation, The Children’s Hospital, and The Landmark.
- Awarded “Outstanding Woman in Business” by the Denver Business Journal for using storytelling to reach audiences.
- Innovation award by AdWeek for turning the Easter Egg Roll to “EasterLink” and producing the first Internet broadcast from the South Lawn of The White House. Secured Apple Computer and Kodak as partners to showcase Internet technology and created “first ever” event with President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton surfing the Internet together in The White House.
- “Who’s who in corporate hi-tech” named as one of PR Week’s top 50 corporate communications executives nationwide. Award for transforming EarthLink into a leading national brand, and positioning the company as the “King of Customer Service.”
Outward Bound Denver - Served as Board Member from 2009 to 2011 and chaired the Marketing Committee and Events. After a two-year hiatus, brought back the popular Black Tie & Tennis Shoes Gala and raised $850,570 in its first year.
The Children’s Hospital - Served on the hospital’s development committee for 5 years and was named as the Auction Chair for the hospital’s annual Gala. Created new and meaningful areas of donations by launching a “Pay it Forward” program to allow gala attendees to give back by purchasing items that hospital patients needed, such as car seats, bike helmets and new books for the infectious disease unit. That year, the auction generated $924,670 in revenue.
The Denver Zoo - Served on the marketing committee for 3 years and was asked to chair the annual event, the “Do at the Zoo.” Event attendance was declining, thus expanded the venue, created a “Jammin’ in the Jungle” theme, incorporated Indian and Asian design elements and sent Lion and Zebra-clad street teams to promote the event. More than 3,000 people attended and reinvigorated one of Denver’s favorite summer parties and raised more than an $1.2 million to support the zoo’s new exhibit “Asian Tropics”.
CauseBeats - Volunteered to manage omni channel marketing strategies and programs. Created social cause campaigns for artists and worked with their agencies to integrate mobile giving during tours.
Appointed as President of CauseBeats and was responsible for connecting established recording artists, fans and nonprofits to causes with a mission to fundamentally change the face of philanthropy in the music industry.
Mile High Parents - Participated on a team that launched the Mile High Parents program to celebrate and encourage Denver Public School parents to spend 5,280 minutes a school year (30 minutes a day) to engage with their children and support their educational development.
